Welcome to Fii Footwear Employees Benevolent Fund (formerly known as Lotus Shoes Employees Benevolent Fund)

The Benevolent Fund was set up in 1924 by Lotus Ltd. and the objective of the Fund was to assist “employees and ex-employees who were in distress or need”, subject to the eligibility provisions stated in the Benevolent Fund’s governing Deed.

In 1995, the ownership of Lotus Ltd. was transferred to Fii Group PLC so the name of the fund changed to Fii Footwear Management Ltd. Employees Benevolent Fund.

The Benevolent Fund is registered with the Charity Commission (registration Number 210184) and administered by a board of Trustees who are all ex-employees.

If you are an ex-employee and worked at Lotus Ltd. factories in Stafford, Stone, Northampton or Banbridge and their remote sites or Fiona Footwear in Bridgend or in the retail shops called Lotus and Delta Ltd. or in Wholesale and Contract sales or Warehousing or any other associated company, we may be able to help you if you require help due to an unforeseen situation or event.

Examples of how the Fund assists are contributions to medical treatment and aids and help for the frail. Our assistance is not confined to these examples, and we would consider any case that causes hardship.

If you have had no correspondence from us in the past, it is because we don’t have any details for you. We would be grateful if you emailed us your full name, address, date of birth, site and department you worked in and your start and finish dates for the company.

If you have moved house or move house in the future, please let us know by emailing one of the trustee’s emails shown below or in the unfortunate circumstance of death, we kindly ask that a family member advise us via email.

Get in touch with our trustees to see if we can help you:
